Now that you have answered the question that you are already tired of the 40 to 60 hour rat race, then you probably have decided to really go for the plunge and run your own business at home. The benefit here is that if you already know what you want to do or you already have something in mind, then you can well work your way into deciding what kind of business will fit into your interest, hobby, or preference. I you really aren’t happy with the way things are going with your work and you know you have the capital, the skill, the interest, and the ideas, you can set out and map the road into running your own business. The good things about this, is that you are sure that you can stay in the business for long and survive the struggles because you have the heart and the drive.

It is a good combination that you love doing your work and your work entails the things that you love most. If you have a lot of interests that you’d like to pursue and you can’t decide on which one to tackle on, you might want to try finding their common factors and draw out the one that you can work on the most. There really are a lot of things or choices that you have; just remember to keep your eyes open.

However, being out of the confines of your employer’s office doesn’t mean that you are also free from the worry and troubles of work. It just takes on a different form now, and since you are the one calling the shots, there will also be more things that you have to take on especially if you are on your own.
